Ward's Chili
Ingredients:
1 pound 85-90% lean ground beef
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
To a medium size boiler, add all Ingredients. Still well breaking up the meat into the water. Bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes. There should be no chunks of meat in the chili. If time allows, let the flavors marinate a few hours or overnight before serving.
