Tomato Bacon Chicken Ranch Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
2 packages dry buttermilk ranch dressing packets
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups buttermilk
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 rotisserie chicken, deboned and chopped
1 pound bacon, fried until crispy (reserve 1/4 cup bacon drippings)
1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper
1 bundle of green onions, sliced
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 pound box pasta, cooked according to package directions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl combine the ranch packets with mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, and reserved bacon drippings. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss all the remaining ingredients with the dressing. Place In an 8 1/2 X 11 or larger baking pan. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes. Give the pasta a good stir before serving.
