Texas Beef and Bean Soup


Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 packages of dry ranch seasoning

2 packages of taco seasoning

1 can shoe peg corn, undrained

1 16-ounce can black beans, undrained

1 16-ounce can kidney beans, undrained

1 16-ounce can pinto beans, undrained

2 cans Rotel tomatoes, undrained

32-ounce box beef broth

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:


In your Dutch oven, scramble the beef and onions in a skillet until done.  Drain off any fat.  Add all the remaining Ingredients and bring the soup up to a simmer.  Cook about 30 allowing all the flavors to marinate.  Top with sour cream and shredded cheese when serving If you like.
