So Easy Cornbread Muffins
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, begin by combining the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add In the butter milk and eggs. Lastly, mix in the cornbread mix. Fill your greased muffin tins about 3/4 full. Bake 15-20 minutes and muffins are golden on top. Remove from oven and serve warm.
