Layered "Big Mac" Dip
Ingredients:
Special Sauce:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced onions
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
1 8-ounce package Velveeta sheds
1 8-ounce package shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 package hamburger buns topped with sesame seeds
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the hamburger buns into strips and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven 10-15 minutes allowing the bread pieces to toast. Remove from the oven to cool. Combine all the special sauce Ingredients In a bowl and set aside. This Is the bottom layer of your layered dip. Scramble the ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper. Drain off fat and set aside. Onto a medium serving platter, spread the special sauce out evenly. Next, add the ground beef and then the shredded cheese. Pop the platter into the oven for about 10 minutes to warm a bit. Remove the platter from the oven and top with the lettuce, pickles, and onions. Serve with your toasted bun pieces.
