This recipe originated in the Catfish Festival Cookbook, but I have modified a bit over the years. I like to serve this with Jay’s Chicken Nuggets, but I often keep some in a squirt bottle in the refrigerator for daily use. It’s great on most anything. I’m not sure what my obsession is with condiment squirt bottles, but y’all, I love them! Maybe my obsession is not with the bottles but the sauces. I love a good sauce.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 tablespoons honey
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
Teaspoon brown sugar
Tablespoon grated onion
Directions:
Combine all ingredients well and refrigerate until use. This will keep for weeks.
