Your favorite steak house seasoning (salt, pepper, granulated garlic and granulated onion)
Â
Directions:
Â
After drying the brisket, coat It well with olive oil. Â Next, generously coat the entire brisket with both seasonings. Â Wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Â When ready to cook, set the smoker at 250 degrees. Â Place the unwrapped brisket on the smoke for 7 hours. Â I add wood chips about every hour. Â After 7 hours, remove the brisket and double wrap in tinfoil. Â Place the brisket in a large disposable pan with a lid. Â Place In a 250-degree oven for 5 more hours. Â Remove the brisket from the oven and unwrap. Â Save all the drippings. Â Slice the brisket across the grain and place in a smaller baking pan. Â Pour the reserved dripping over the sliced brisket to keep It nice and moist. Â Â
