Ham and Swiss Croissant Bites


Ingredients:

 

8 ounces ham, chopped in the food processor

8 ounces Swiss cheese, chopped in the food processor

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional)

12 mini croissants, cut in half long way


Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mustards before folding in the ham and Swiss.    Spread the mixture on each croissant half and place on a baking sheet.  Bake 10-15 minutes until the croissants being to bubble and brown.  Remove from oven and cut in half to make them bite size.  Serve warm.
