When I was in high school, I ate French fries most every day either in the lunch room at school or at work at Ward’s. I like to eat my fries alongside a serving of mayonnaise and ketchup mixed together. You are probably sensing why I battle my weight. My tribe also loves French fries. Occasionally, we bake them, but we really like them cooked in the deep fryer on the back porch. Of course, we always whip up a batch of Fry Sauce to go along with the fries. I also serve Fry Sauce with Jay’s Chicken Nuggets. So yummy!
Fry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until use. This sauce will keep for weeks in the fridge.
