Fried Dill Pickle Dip
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 package dry ranch seasoning
1 teaspoon dry dill seasoning
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup dill pickle juice
1/2 cup dill pickle relish or chopped dill pickles
1 small package of French-fried onions
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until there are no lumps. Add In all remaining ingredients expect the French-fried onions. Taste the dip and adjust for salt and pepper. Refrigerate until time to serve. Transfer the mixture to a shallow serving dish or platter. Sprinkle with fried onions breaking up any of the large pieces. Serve with any cracker of simple chip.
