FNPP Spinach Dip


I’m always looking for a new dip recipe. Y’all, I found this one on the back of the garlic I buy, and it works so well! Lou and I both love it. We’ve been making the Knorr’s recipe forever, but the addition of the parmesan cheese works so well. I think you’ll like it too.















Spinach Dip


Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese (green can)

4 cloves minced garlic

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (I prefer fresh, but either works)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until served. We served this with Wheat Thins, but any cracker will work.
