Crispy Flatbread Crackers

Don’t you hate it when your cracker breaks in the dip? Wheat Thins work well, but Lou’s not a big fan. I jazzed up these little flatbread crackers, and they work great when served with a thicker dip or spread like pimento cheese or chicken salad. I’m sure they are good out of the box, but they are even better with a little butter love. Add these to your next Friday Night Porch Party charcuterie board.

Crispy Flatbread Crackers

Ingredients:

1 box Townhouse Flatbread Crisp Crackers

1 stick butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Onion salt

Grated parmesan cheese (green jar)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Fold In the crackers stirring until all the crackers are well coated. Spread the crackers onto a large baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the crackers with onion salt and parmesan cheese. Bake about 15 minutes before stirring the crackers. Return to oven and bake until golden brown and crispy.
