I’ve been using this dressing recipe for many years. It’s wonderful on a Greek salad, or it can be used as a dipping sauce. I use it often on my charcuterie boards as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables.
Creamy Feta Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in the refrigerator.
This is great used as a salad dressing and as a dip for vegetables.
