BBQ Rib Sliders
Ingredients:
1/2 slab cooked ribs, deboned and coarsely chopped
Barbeque sauce of your choice
24 slider buns
24 dill pickle slices
Red onion, thinly sliced
Mayonnaise
Directions:
Begin by combining the chopped rib meat with the barbeque sauce in a skillet with about 1/4 cup of water. Heat to a simmer allowing the mixture to thicken, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, brown the slider buns on the griddle or another skillet with butter until brown and crispy. Don't skip this step. Dress the buns with mayonnaise, a dill pickle slice, and some red onion. Serve warm.
