Bacon Pudding



FNPP Bacon Pudding


Ingredients:


5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve 1/4 cup bacon drippings)

3 8-ounce cream cheese, softened

2 cups grated parmesan cheese (I use the green jar of parmesan)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

 

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and reserved bacon drippings.  Fold In the crumbled bacon saving just a few bacon pieces to garnish the top.     Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish and top with the reserved bacon.  Bake for 30 minutes and the top Is nice golden brown.  Remove from the oven and cool a bit before serving.  Serve with Wheat Thins.
