Since having children in school in Oxford for the past 5 years, we visit often. One of our favorite spots to eat is Volta, which is a Greek restaurant located in an old gas station. Our favorite appetizer there is called the dip plate. It is simply hummus and this feta dip served with warm pita bread triangles. They are very generous with the servings, and there’s always plenty for the table, even for my family of six. I’ve tried several recipes over the years, and I think this one is pretty darn close. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.
